Thames Valley Community Rehabilitation Company (TV-CRC) is responsible for the delivery of sentences imposed by courts in Thames Valley.

TV-CRC, like its predecessor, Thames Valley Probation, is responsible for the delivery of the court sentence and offers a range of options, including Offending Behaviour Programmes,  Unpaid Work Requirement (Community Payback), Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Requirements and the new Rehabilitation Activity Requirement. You can see more detail on all of the 12 Requirement options on the Community Sentences page.

We have produced a TV-CRC Bench Guide for sentencers in Thames Valley, to give you more detail about what – and how – we deliver sentencing options. The guide does not cover any details about probation court work. That is wholly the responsibility of our colleagues in the National Probation Service.

This guide covers sentence delivery and has been designed to provide a greater understanding of the way TV-CRC implements the sentences imposed by the courts and provides a ‘wrap-around’ service to offenders, to reduce the likelihood of re-offending and to target individual needs.
